Connie meets a book dealer played by Olivier Martinez, who she has an affair with. The affair turns into an obsession for Connie, which drives her husband Ed to a crime of passion. Unfaithful also stars Chad Lowe as Phil Stone and Erik Per Sullivan as Charlie Sumner.
