Undercover Boss

Undercover Boss is a new reality series produced by Studio Lambert that airs on CBS. The series has received the highest ratings of a post Superbowl appearance since Grey's Anatomy in 2006. Each week, the show follows a different CEO who goes undercover as an average employee of their company. As they work with the lower levels of the company, they get to witness the effects that their own decisions have had on their employees as well as getting to experience the usual problems and obstacles that are encountered on a daily basis. The show has been praised for it's direct approach in making all the "little guys" out there feel like they have a bigger voice in their company. The "boss" is never spared when it comes to menial and sometimes disgusting or uncomfortable tasks.

Tune is and watch executives from companies such as Waste Management, Hooters, 7-11, White Castle, Churchhill Downs and others go undercover to experience life at the bottom of the food chain and hopefully make changes to improve the working situations of their employees. The show debuted on February 7, 2010 and aired directly after Super Bowl XLIV and now airs every Sunday (9:00 PM-10:00 PM ET/PT) on CBS.
