A Las Vegas man named Ramon Watkins (also known as Prophet Yahweh) contends that he has the unique ability to summon UFOs by reciting passages from The Bible. There are multiple videos available, including some which were documented and broadcast by local news affiliates in Las Vegas, that purport to show Watkins summoning a variety of small, unidentified objects.
