  • Ubaldo Jimenez is a right handed pitcher for the Colorado Rockies. A nativ of the Dominican Republic, Jimenez signed with the Rockies as an amateur free agent in 2001. After five years as a pitching prospect in the Rockies farm system, Jimenez made his major league debut on September 26, 2006. He has been with the Rockies his entire MLB career. Jimenez started 15 games for the Rockies in 2007, going 4-4 with a 4.28 ERA, while helping pitch the Rockies to the 2007 World Series.
