    Ramil emerged on October 14, was upgraded to Typhoon status on October 16, and was again upgraded to Super Typhoon level on October 18, with top wind speeds of 135 MPH. It was downgraded to Typhoon status again on October 19http://weather.unisys.com/hurricane/w_pacific/2009/LUPIT/track.dat
