Two Worlds

Two Worlds is a Persistent Online RPG for the PC and Xbox 360. An upcoming release is slated for the Playstation 3 in 2008.

Gameplay

Two Worlds gameplay is set in a real-time three-dimensional fantasy landscape comparable to The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion. It is also non-linear in similar fashion to Oblivion and Gothic 3. The player is free to explore Antaloor, Two Worlds game world, accepting side quests at will. The core quest centers around rescuing the protagonist's sister, held for ransom by forces scheming to open the tomb of Aziraal, the god of the orcs.

As your character gains experience and levels, it is possible to invest gained attribute points into any other attribute, which leads to a variety of game play styles and approaches.

While traveling through the game, your character will encounter new teleports, caves, and villages, recorded by the in-game mini-map. Teleports allow rapid travel between explored regions. Horses and other animals/creatures are available for your character to ride, however the controls when mounted are a bit clumsy.

Death leads to resurrection at shrines distributed across the game world. Shrines also replenish health when the player comes within sufficient proximity.
