Twice Baked Potatoes are baked potatoes that have had the potato scooped out leaving just the skin. The meat of the potato is then mixed with cheese, sour cream and other ingredients of choice, then placed back into the potato skin and returned to the oven until the cheese is melted.
Cooking Time
- Conventional Oven: One to two hours at 350º
- Microwave Oven: Approximately six minutes
