Twice Baked Potatoes

    • Also known as loaded potato skins or filled potatoes
    • Putting oil and coarse salt on a potato before baking will make it fluffier
    • Alway clean the potato before cooking
    • Fork the potato before cooking to keep it from exploding
  • Twice Baked Potatoes are baked potatoes that have had the potato scooped out leaving just the skin. The meat of the potato is then mixed with cheese, sour cream and other ingredients of choice, then placed back into the potato skin and returned to the oven until the cheese is melted.
