General Information
The Tuxedo Shirt is a shirt usually worn with a tuxedo. Popular accessories that are worn with the Tuxedo shirt are the Bow Tie, Vest, Cumber bun , and Cuff Links. Tuxedo shirts differ from traditional dress shirts by their collar, which is traditionally Winged. They also tend to have pleats on the body of the shirt. The Cuffs are also different in that they are not buttoned. Instead they traditionally provide holes to insert cuff links into. Tuxedo shirts are also worn as a fashion statement without the traditional accessories and the Tuxedo Suit. When used in this capacity they are usually worn as a way to give formality and class to a casual outfit, such as wearing a tuxedo shirt with a pair of jeans. Wearing a shirt in this capacity allows the craftsmanship of a Tuxedo shirt to be featured, since in a tuxedo setting it is usually hidden behind the accessories and jacket.
