How to Make Turkey Tetrazzini
- Melt the butter or margarine in a medium frying pan on medium heat.
- Add the celery and onion and cook for three minutes, stirring frequently.
- Add the mushrooms and cook for three to five minutes, stirring constantly until all vegetables are tender.
- Add the half and half and raise the heat to medium high. Allow the mixture to come to a boil, stirring constantly.
- Continue to stir and boil for six to eight minutes.
- Add the salt, pepper and turkey and cook until the turkey is heated through.
- Pour the turkey and sauce over the noodles and serve.
