  • How to Make Turkey Tetrazzini

    1. Melt the butter or margarine in a medium frying pan on medium heat.
    2. Add the celery and onion and cook for three minutes, stirring frequently.
    3. Add the mushrooms and cook for three to five minutes, stirring constantly until all vegetables are tender.
    4. Add the half and half and raise the heat to medium high. Allow the mixture to come to a boil, stirring constantly.
    5. Continue to stir and boil for six to eight minutes.
    6. Add the salt, pepper and turkey and cook until the turkey is heated through.
    7. Pour the turkey and sauce over the noodles and serve.
