  • The TurboLinux Wizpy is a portable media player released in June 2007.
  • Wizpy Info

The Wizpy is available as a 4GB model for about $279. 2.5 GB are free for media storage while the rest is partitioned to boot into Turbolinux. The device supports audio and visual media and has a 1.71-inch screen for viewing. TurboLinux has not revealed the Wizpy's operating system, however the programming appears to be Linux-based.
  • Sorry, Mac

While the Wizpy works fine with PCs that run Windows XP, the device has problems when plugged into an Apple Mac running Mac OS X. Windows recognizes it as USB Mass Storage, but the Macs do not. TurboLinux stated that future versions of the Wizpy would attempt to be compatible with Mac computers.
