Tropical Storm Erin

Tropical storm Erin began as a tropical depression on August 14, 2007, east-southeast of Brownsville, Texas. The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) upgraded the tropical depression to a tropical storm, and named it Erin, on August 15. The storm made landfall on August 16, and caused flooding in Oklahoma as it moved over the south-central US.
