Tropical Storm Erika

Tropical Storm Erika became the fifth named storm in the Atlantic region of 2009 on September 1.

Erika lost its status as a tropical cyclone on September 4, 2009 and forecasts see little probability of the storm re-forming. The storm reached a high of maximum sustained winds of up to 40 MPH. At least one cruise ship was forced to change its course due to the storm.http://www.usatoday.com/travel/cruises/item.aspx?type=blog&ak=68498288.blog http://www.nhc.noaa.gov/text/refresh/MIATCPAT1+shtml/031436.shtml?
