Tripp Isenhour, a golfer on the PGA Tour, has been charged with cruelty to animals and killing a migratory bird. It is alleged that on December 12, 2007, he got upset because a hawk was making noise during the filming of the TV show, Shoot Like a Pro. Isenhour reportedly hit a golf ball at the hawk, killing it after several attempts. There were about 15 people watching, and no one intervened to stop him.
