Early Years
LaBoy attended Marin Catholic High School where he lettered twice in football and basketball and three times in track. He was named All-State, All-League and All-Conference first-team choice as a senior.

Pro Career
He was selected in the second round pick (42nd overall) in the 2004 NFL draft, which was acquired by Tennessee Titans from the New York Jets in exchange for wide receiver Justin McCareins.
