    Prior to Henry's arrest, an unnamed confidential informant, carrying three kilograms of cocaine and six pounds of marijuana allegedly en route to Henry, was arrested near Billings, Montana. The informant agreed to cooperate with the DEA, signing an affidavit which implicated Henry and delivering the drugs to Henry, and his partner, James Mack.     Henry also reportedly threatened the lives of one Montana customer and his family, following a loss of $40,000 worth of cocaine that was stolen.
