  • Travis Henry is a professional football player in the National Football League. He most recently played for the Denver Broncos before he was released in 2007. In August of 2008, Henry was suspended by the league for at least one year under the league's substance abuse policy.

  • Child Support Drama

    In February of 2009, Henry petitioned a Georgia judge to reduce the amount of child support he pays for his nine children. Citing his legal bills from his pending trial for drug possession and his lack of income due to his NFL suspension, Henry claimed that he could not afford the payments.     The following month, Henry spoke out about his financial struggles and inability to pay more than $170,000 a year in child support to nine women with which he fathered children.   • NFL Career

    Travis Henry was selected in the second round of the 2001 NFL draft by the Buffalo Bills. During his four years with the Bills, Henry accumulated 3,849 rushing yards and 27 touchdowns.     Henry was traded to the Tennessee Titans in 2005. After two years in Tennessee, he was released and signed with the Denver Broncos for the 2007 season. Henry played 12 games for the Broncos, all the while facing a possible suspension for a failed drug test.   • 2008 Arrest
