After completing a bachelor's degree in film and media from Griffith University in Australia, Asha K., Mahalo's travel expert, began traveling the world. Her work for the Discovery Channel, Fashion TV, MTV and Fox eventually brought her to Los Angeles. Aside from her travel series, Asha K. also produces and writes her own weekly webisode, "This Week in Music."

Tara Darby
Travel expert Tara Darby has been featured on The Outdoor Channel, Home & Lifestyle TV, and HD Net. Darby is a graduate of the University of Houston-Downtown, and a former Miss Alabama who has traveled extensively, both internationally and across the United States. Darby was the winner of Fear Factor in 2004, competing with five other Miss USA contestants for the title of "Miss Fear Factor" and a $50,000 prize that was shared with the National Breast Cancer Coalition.
