Trauma Center Under the Knife is a surgery simulation game. The main character, Derek Stiles, treats several patients that have suffered serious injuries.
-
Story
After one of Stiles' patients almost dies due to his neglect, he discovers a power within himself to cure patients. Eventually, Stiles takes a job as lead surgeon at Hope Hospital. A new disease (named GUILT) spreads and Stiles is the only known surgeon who can cure this disease and save the world.
