In Super Bowl XLIV, the New Orleans Saints took a 31-17 lead in the fourth quarter following Tracy Porter’s late game interception return for a touchdown. The interception was the first turnover of the game for the Indianapolis Colts, and the first interception for Peyton Manning. Porter returned the interception for 74 yards with 3:24 left in the game. The Saints went on to win the Super Bowl and capture the franchise’s first ever Lombardi Trophy.
