Tortelloni

Tortelloni are essentially a larger version of tortellini. Pasta dough is shaped into a circle, stuffed with a filling (usually Ricotta cheese, herbs, possibly spinach and other ingredients) and then twisted into a hat-like shape. In Bologna, Italy, they are traditionally served the night before Christmas.
