Terry Farrell

Terry Farrell was a New York Firefighter and chief of the Dix Hills Volunteer Fire Department. Farrell lost his life in the 9/11 attacks on the World Trade Center.

The fund awards educational scholarships to firefighters and their children, money and other resources to the families of firefighters hurt or killed in the line of duty and equipment such as fire trucks, hoses and gear.http://www.terryfarrellfund.org/wordpress/

In addition to supporting the work of firefighters across the nation, the Terry Farrell Firefighters Fund also provides support to the National Donor Marrow Program via the The Terry Farrell Marrow Program. This work would be especially meaningful to Terry Farrell, since Terry Farrell donated bone marrow to a Nevada girl he had never met in 1993, saving her life.http://www.terryfarrellmarrowprogram.com/index.htm
