Peter Mokaba Stadium
Peter Mokaba Stadium is a South African venue which is among ten stadiums that will host games in the 2010 World Cup. It will host four group-stage contests: Algeria facing off with Slovenia on June 13; France versus Mexico on June 17; Argentina versus Greece on June 22; and, finally, Paraguay versus New Zealand on June 24. http://soccernet.espn.go.com/world-cup/fixtures Peter Mokaba is one of the few stadiums that will not host a latter-stage game, so its participation will conclude with the June 24 game.http://soccernet.espn.go.com/world-cup/fixtures
The stadium was built in 2010, for the express purpose of the World Cup. It was built right next to the site of the previous Peter Mokaba Stadium, which World Cup organizers had previously considered using for the event, before deciding to go with a new venue. It cost about $150 million to build, and it will seat almost 50,000 fans, including 5,000 VIP seats. The stadium's design, specifically the circulation ramps located at the stadium's corners, are based on the Baobab tree, which is famously prevalent in the region. http://www.fifa.com/worldcup/destination/stadiums/stadium=5007758/index.html Because the stadium is brand new, no team yet uses it as its home park, though there are plans to change that in the future.
Peter Mokaba Stadium is located in the northeastern town of Polokwane, home to slightly more than half a million South Africans. The city, whose ...

FIFA World Cup Qualifiers
Qualifying for the 2010 FIFA World Cup games is an arduous task. The only team guaranteed a slot is the host nation of South Africa.
Beginning in March 2007, 204 teams started the journey towards the World Cup. In November 2007, the competition was down to 156 teams when qualifying groups were established. In each group, teams have gradually been disqualified based on their performance in confederation qualifying matches.
Play will continue until only 31 teams remain. The final 31 teams and the South African team will move on to the 2010 World Cup tournament scheduled for June 11, 2010- July 11, 2010.

Legends Golf and Safari Africa
The Legends Golf is known for a singular breathtaking hole. The "Xtream 19th hole" is the prized jewel of the course. It is a par 3 hole only accessible by helicopter. The tee box is set high in the Hanglip mountains, and golfers have a choice of three boxes on the escarpment. The highest box is 430 vertical meters above the green, which is 630 yards away. It can take up to 30 seconds for the ball to land! http://www.totalprosports.com/2009/04/02/amazing-legends-golf-safari-resort-xtreme-19th-hole/ High tech cameras capture the balls flight while stewards wait below to mark the landing of the ball. The green is shaped like Africa, and the fairway is contoured to funnel the ball towards the green and away from the African brush. It is an exciting hole that has no equal in the rest of the golf world. Golfers have the opportunity to play the hole by itself or add it as a 19th hole to the course.
The price to play such a hole? $220 US, but that includes the helicopter ride and a DVD of your shot. And should you make a hole in one? You would be the proud winner of not just an awesome golf story, but one million dollars!http://www.totalprosports.com/2009/04/02/amazing-legends-golf-safari-resort-xtreme-19th-hole/

Mbabane
Swaziland's (located in Southern Africa) capital, Mbabane (which was founded in the late 1880s by Mickey Wells) sits on the Mbabane River and is surrounded by the Dlangeni Hills ( which is created by the Granite Peaks and valleys) mountains sitting as high as 1,200 meters altitude in northwestern Swaziland.
Mbabane only has an estimated population of 58,000, some people claim "it is a very small and relaxed place to live". http://travel.yahoo.com/p-travelguide-488809-mbabane_vacations-i Mbabane's capital used to be Bremersdorp, until the British won the war at the turn of the century and then became under the protection of Britain itself. The English found the hills of the highvelt to be much cooler and very peaceful so then they declared Mbabane as the Kingdom's new administrative capital of Swaziland. The actual home town of the capital Mbabane was created right by a true cattle kraal which King Mbanzeni owned, and took care of. He was also the great grandfather of the great present Monarch, King Mswati III. In Mbabane, Gwamile Street, which Allister Miller founded in year 1864, is home to most of the government offices. Mr. Feliz Matsebula is the Chief Executive Officer, and CLR. Silkhatsi Dlamini is the Mayer of Mabane.
