How to Play Seven Card Stud Poker
Once you know how to play, it's time to gather your players and shuffle up and deal!
- Cards are shuffled and each player submits an ante.
- The dealer gives each player three cards, one at a time, going in a clockwise direction. The first two cards are dealt face down with the third being dealt face up.
- The player with the lowest face up card starts and is required to bet the "bring-in." Betting continues in a clockwise manner with each player calling the bet, raising or folding.
- Each player remaining in the hand receives another card, face up, known as "fourth street."
- A second round of betting follows, with the player with the highest visible card starting the betting. Each player can check, call, raise or fold.
- The fifth card, "fifth street," is dealt to each player, face up as well. Betting continues, starting with the person with the highest visible card(s).
- The sixth card, "sixth street," is dealt to each remaining player, also face up. Betting continues, again starting with the person with the highest face-up card(s).
- A seventh and final card is dealt to each player, this time face down. A final round of betting occurs.
- Players remaining in the hand flip their cards over, showing their hand. The player with the highest hand wins the pot.http://www.pokerstars.com/poker/games/stud/

How to Play Horse Poker
- Played in the same manner as seven-card stud, play opens with each player betting an ante.
- The dealer gives each player seven cards, again in the two down, four up and one down manner, with betting rounds to separate each round of dealing after the first three cards are dealt and between each additional card after that.
- At the end of the hand, players form their best five-card hand. Players can select a high hand, using a standard order of rankings, like in Texas hold'em, or use a low hand, making their best combination of low cards, which can contain an eight or lower only.
- The pot is split equally between the hand with the highest rank and the hand with the lowest rank. Should no hand contain an eight or lower to qualify for the low portion of the pot, the hand ranking the highest will win the entire pot.

How to Play Razz Poker
The old saying “know when to hold them, know when to fold them” has never been more true then it is with Razz poker. No matter how good your hand may be in the beginning be prepared to fold them if they turn bad. When playing Razz it is important to play tight and plan timed attempts at stealing the antes when chances arise. Patience is a virtue.
The best possible three card starting hand you can hope for in Razz is A, 2, 3. Hands between Ace to five are good starting hands as long as no pairs come up. These starting hands will allow you a chance to raise and you should play them aggressively.
While playing Razz and working your strategy it is most important to be observant of other players up cards. By paying attention to other Razz players up cards you will gain an inside idea of their strength and weakness allowing you to capitalize on open door opportunities in betting. This will also allow you to achieve a good measure of your own hands strength and weakness and may be the difference between betting or folding your hand.http://www.poker-strategy.org/default.aspx?tabid=211
