How To Be a Great Lover

  1. Don't rush. Take time to learn your partners body and pay attention to their needs.
  2. Sex is an art. There's no right or wrong way, only what is pleasurable for both of you.
  3. Leave restraint at the door. Let go and encourage your partner to do the same. Try new positions, places, and times. Morning shower anyone?
  4. Play out fantasies. Open your mind and the possibilities that role playing can present.
  5. Relax. Be yourself. There's nothing more attractive than confidence. Your partner is there because they want to be, now show them they made the right choice!

How to Become a Good Kisser

  • Since everyone has different preferences when it comes to kissing, the best thing you can do to become a good kisser is to be receptive to what you're partner is telling you with his or her body language. Pay attention to the signals your partner is sending you and adjust your kissing technique accordingly. The more you practice kissing with a specific partner, the better your romantic moments will become.

How to Have Fun at Prom

The most important part of having fun at Prom is staying safe. Prom will not be fun if someone gets hurt or even killed. Remember that drunk driving and driving recklessly can end in disaster. 70% of teens killed on Prom weekend were not wearing their seatbelts.http://parentingteens.suite101.com/article.cfm/senior_prom_safety_for_teens Student who drink are seven times more likely to have sexual intercourse and not use condoms.http://parentingteens.suite101.com/article.cfm/senior_prom_safety_for_teens

Don't let yourself get pressured into doing something risky and don't put yourself into a situation where you could get hurt. Don't drink, certainly don't drink and drive, and don't do something that you might regret in the morning.

If you plan your Prom night ahead of time and surround yourself with good friends you should be able to have the best night possible without doing anything dangerous or illegal. Remember that Prom is supposed to be the time of your life and making bad decisions could make it one of the worst. If you stay safe you can guarantee that your Prom night will be fun. Have a great time with your friends, enjoy the music, dance until your feet hurt, and stay safe!

How to Break Up with Someone

  • After you successfully break up with someone, it's usually a good idea to reflect on how the romance went wrong and focus your ideas of what you hope to find in your next relationship. Try not to jump into your next liaison too quickly, though. Even though you're now an expert on breaking up, it's probably not something you want to do all the time.

How to End a Verbally Abusive Relationship

Abusers tend to prey on men and women who have low self esteem. Don’t fall victim to that statistic and be your own person. When you come out of an abusive relationship, you will feel free and empowered.http://www.drirene.com/theabuser.htm Just remember that it requires a lot of emotional support to feel prepared to leave. Talk to your closest friends and family first. Get their support so you can feel confident that you will have someone by your side during this emotional time. After you’ve gotten the emotional support you need, it’s time to start planning any financial points that will need to be taken care of. For instance, will you or your partner need to move from the current residence? If you’re in a marriage, will there be child custody or alimony to consider? Schedule a consultation with a divorce lawyer to outline a solid game plan. Take care of as much things as you can before you separate because you will have a lot of emotional stress to deal with after the break up.

Above all, be confident in yourself and your decision to leave. This time in your life should be all about you and finding your inner strength. You will mourn the loss of your relationship but you should also celebrate the birth of your inner strength.

How to Start Over After a Divorce

No matter how strong and independent you are, it’s not a good idea to isolate yourself. It’s understandable if you feel that you want to be alone because you don’t want to expose others to your pain, sorrow or insecurities, and it’s okay to time some time for yourself, but it’s good to get outside of your own head as well. There are many different kinds of support available, some are anonymous and can be found online. You could download some inspirational videos on YouTube. For instance, Tony Robbins is a world renowned motivational speaker with first-hand experience in divorce. http://www.tonyrobbins.com/ He has many videos, audios and self-help tools available. Another nice method for changing your mental state, encouraging positive thinking and establishing confidence is the Sedona Method. http://www.sedona.com/

For an objective perspective, you could find a good therapist. It’s a good idea to try several therapists before you settle on one. Therapists have unique styles and approaches, and some will resonate with you better than others. Once you find one whom you feel comfortable and safe with and who inspires you, then you should be able to find relief and even to look forward to your visits.

For unconditional love and support, you can always call a friend or family member. You might be surprised to find out that people want to help and it makes others happy to be able to give.
