Safe Sex
Safe sex is very important to leading a life without STD's, contracting HIV, and helps prevent unwanted pregnancies. Reportedly the best way to stay safe is to stay abstinent and only be with one partner. The alternatives are condoms both for the male or the female, latex, plastic wrap and lubricants. Another thing to do is look for cuts or abrasions as it is easier for the fluids from your partner to get into them.
STD's and HIV are contracted through the body fluids from a man or woman, this meaning the semen, vaginal fluids, breast fluids which is why it is so important to practice safe sex and know your partners. Remember just because you may have been faithful your partner may not have been and that one time could cause you both a life of problems and in the end may even cost you your life.
Condoms can be purchased both for men and women to be place on the penis for men or over the vagina or anal on woman, this is done for intercourse and oral sex. Although these do help prevent disease they are not fool proof. Lubricants are helpful in keeping the condom from tearing while increasing stimulation. Water based lubes are preferred as others can damage latex blockades. If a condom for the female in unavailable plastic wrap placed over the vagina during oral sex also serves the same purpose.

Medicare fraud is a serious situation; however there are numerous steps you can take to help prevent it from occurring or reoccurring. The first steps you should take are always reviewing your Medicare Summary Notice for errors and reporting anything you feel may be wrong or suspicious. You should also be cautious if you are ever offered free testing or services in exchange for your Medicare number or if you have a provider who states they are endorsed by Medicare or the Federal government. Never give out your Medicare Health Insurance Claim Number that is listed on your Medicare except to your provider when absolutely necessary. Do not accept free services and do not ask your provider for services that you truly do not need.
