Texas Speedway
During races, Texas Speedway displays the laps counting down to the finish and counting up from the start in different colors, the first speedway to do this.http://www.texasmotorspeedway.com/content/Track-Facts.aspx The TMS complex is so big that four of the Dallas Cowboys' new stadium fit in its infield. A number of driving schools hold classes and practices at the racetrack, including Team Texas, NASCAR Driving Experience, The Richard Petty Driving Experience, Texas Driving Experience, and Lone Star Legends.
Non-racing events at the speedway include clay shoots, bowling tournaments, racing memorabilia auctions, and more. There is also shuttle service to Texas Campground and WinStar World Casino. Schedules for these vary depending on season and event.
On race days, there are luxury suites for those with appropriate tickets, souvenir shops, the Victory Lane Club, and the Speedway Club. The latter two are more upscale ways to take in a race, and more appropriate attire is warranted.http://www.texasmotorspeedway.com/content/Track-Facts.aspx
The racetrack was built near the intersection of Interstate 35 (W) and Texas State Highway 114 because of the accessibility for fans.http://www.texasmotorspeedway.com/content/Historical-Timeline-of-Events.aspx
