DJ Samantha Ronson called in to the radio show Loveline to discuss the weekend plane crash that nearly killed Travis Barker and DJ AM. During the conversation, she passed the phone to Lindsay Lohan who also commented on the incident. As the phone call wrapped up, the show's host, Stryker, asked the actress how long she and Ronson had been going out. Lohan responded , "A very long time." Lindsay Lohan Hostage Lawsuit
Three men, claiming that they were held hostage by Lindsay Lohan, have filed a lawsuit against the actress based on an incident that occurred in July 2007.
In the suit, the young men state that Lohan hijacked a car they were passengers in and sped down Pacific Coast Highway in Malibu during a drunken spree. The suit claims that Lohan ran red lights and ended up arrested for her second DUI in less than 90 days. The men claimed that Lohan was "hostile" and said "she was a celebrity...she could do whatever she wants." Lohan's lawyer called the claim "absurd."
