How to Upload to Flickr
Log into Flickr. Click Upload your first photos. 
Click Choose photos and videos. Pick the images you want to use and click Open. To add more photos, Click Add More to upload additional photos to Flickr. Set privacy as Private or Public and click Upload Photos and Videos.
Once your photos are uploaded, click add a description to add titles, tags and descriptions.
Click SAVE at the bottom of the page.

How to Change the Image Settings in Google Chrome
1. To access your image settings, click Chrome --> Preferences.
2. Click Under the Hood --> Content Settings in the Privacy section.
