How to Make Meatball Cookies

• Stir in about a cup of chopped nuts (like walnuts) or chocolate chips or three fourths of a cup of raisins to provide extra flavoring and texture.c

• Skip the cocoa powder and add extra vanilla or some lemon extract, along with yellow food coloring, for a citrus look and flavor.
