Tony Moeaki
Making his college football debut with the Iowa Hawkeyes in 2005, Moeaki played in 11 games as a freshman, recording eight receptions for 112 yards. He also played with the team in the Outback Bowl against the Florida Gators, but did not record a reception. Those numbers improved in 2006 when he saw 11 catches for 140 yards and three touchdowns. Again the Hawkeyes qualified to play in a bowl game, taking on the Texas Longhorns in the Alamo Bowl, in which Moeaki had one reception for eight yards.http://www.hawkeyesports.com/sports/m-footbl/mtt/moeaki_tony01.html
After another strong season in 2007 in which he had 14 receptions for 170 yards and three touchdowns, Moeaki was primed to continue his success as a senior in 2008. This however changed when injuries kept him off the field and he was granted a medical redshirt. Moeaki returned for another season in 2009, which was his statistically best with 30 receptions for 387 yards and four scores. As a result, Moeaki was named to the All-Big Ten team as selected by the conference's coaches.http://www.hawkeyesports.com/sports/m-footbl/mtt/moeaki_tony01.html
