Baby Locked in Chest
The seven-month-old baby girl Shannon Lee Dedrick was reported missing on November 2, 2009 by her mother Crystina Lynn Mercer. The ensuing police investigation determined the mother had actually given the baby to her paternal aunt, before filing the missing person’s report with the local police department. Both the mother and the paternal Aunt Susan Baker have been charged in this event.

Disney's Magic Kingdom
Work is beginning on the expansion of Fantasyland at Magic Kingdom Park. And as the transformation begins, there are some updates you should know about.
Beginning April 12, Ariel’s Grotto, Scuttle’s Landing snack location and Pooh’s Playful Spot will be closing. You’ll still be able to find several of your favorite Disney Characters in some other locations and continue to experience other favorite Fantasyland attractions –- in their normal locations. Ariel will continue to be seen in the Celebrate a Dream Come True Parade and SpectroMagic Parade at Magic Kingdom Park as well as at the Voyage of The Little Mermaid attraction at Disney’s Hollywood Studios. Ariel will have a new grotto greeting location and ride-through attraction called Under the Sea: Journey of the Little Mermaid as part of the Fantasyland expansion scheduled for 2013.

Pet owners in Dade County, Florida are sleeping a little more soundly this evening after police announced that they had taken into Custody a suspect in the recent cat mutilations.
Over the past months, an estimated 19 cats have been found killed, mutilated and/or skinned.
The suspect has been charged with 19 felony counts of animal cruelty, 19 misdemeanor counts of improperly disposing of an animal body and four felony counts of burglary related to the deaths. Officials stated that a court date has been set for July.

An exhibition of artifacts found on the bottom of the North Atlantic ocean where the Titanic took its fall. The exhibitions tells the story of the great ship that was; its history, its journey and the stories of those who were on it when it sank.
Located in Orlando, Florida, the exhibition also includes real, life-scale replicas of several of the rooms and areas of the original Titanic.
