• The first couple safe tonight is Brooke Burke & Derek Hough.

• The second couple safe is Cloris Leachman & Corky Ballas.

• The first guest this evening is Kool & the Gang. They are singing a melody of their hits.

• Now a performance from the Radio City Rockettes.

• The third couple safe is Maurice Greene & Cheryl Burke.

• The fourth couple safe is Warren Sapp & Kym Johnson.

• The last guest is Jennifer Hudson. She is singing her new single "Spotlight."

Kate Gosselin Dancing with the Stars

Kate Gosselin and her former husband Jon Gosselin appeared together on their family's TLC reality show Jon and Kate Plus 8 until their relationship turned sour and they began a messy divorce over the summer of 2009. They headlined American tabloids for months and their divorce was finalized in January of 2010. Kate Gosselin now resides in the family home in Pennsylvania with her children.

During the divorce, Jon Gosselin went back on his contract with TLC and decided he didn't want his children to be a part of the reality show, which began when his children were infants. He was sued by TLC for breach of contract. According to sources, Gosselin will not be forced to pay the network back for appearing on other programs while under contract with TLC. In addition, Kate and the children will be able to go on and have a new show of their own on TLC.
