Cool It
- "Cool It resonates, and gives one pause not just to consider the merits of the global warming question, but to consider the merits of all that we've decided to do about it, impending doom notwithstanding."—Tim Cogshell of Box Office Magazinehttp://www.boxofficemagazine.com/reviews/2010-11-cool-it
- "Although it contributes some intriguing ideas to the ongoing global warming discussion, this potentially controversial documentary remains too vague on several key issues."—Ethan Alter of Film Journal Internationalhttp://www.filmjournal.com/filmjournal/content_display/reviews/specialty-releases/e3if27ea67ff5dd1c61b9143fd059a93af0
- "It can be a little hard to digest so many ideas, especially in such rapid succession. The movie is never boring, but there may be some information overload for laymen in the audience."—Randy Cordova of The Arizona Republichttp://www.azcentral.com/thingstodo/movies/articles/2010/11/11/20101111cool-it-review-bjorn-lomborg.html
- "That’s not to say that Cool It doesn’t present some valuable ideas, or that it isn’t a worthwhile counterpoint to various doomsaying social-issue documentaries. But it’s merely fighting propaganda with more propaganda."—Josh Bell of Las Vegas Weeklyhttp://www.lasvegasweekly.com/news/2010/nov/17/documentary-cool-it-fights-propaganda-more-propaga/

Marilyn Monroe: Murder on Fifth Helena Drive
The film, written and directed by Keya Morgan is currently still in production, but purportedly will take an analytical look at the days leading up to Monroe's death, Possible involvement by the CIA as well as political forces are likely to be explored.
As an anchor point for the docu-darma, the possible sequence of events that took place after Monroe was found dead are to be presented as a bizarre series of events which could have taken place at her Brentwood home at 12305 Fifth Helena Drive. Several theoretical events which have not been proven nor disproven by historical fact are explored including the removal of certain items from Monroe's personal effects including her own diary and an incriminating note which is suggested as having the potential for far-reaching implications, if found. As presented in this documentary, the order for their removal was believed to have come directly from the White House.http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1083463/

Justin Bieber: Never Say Never
"Even if you aren’t a Bileber, the trailer for Justin Bieber’s new documentary Never Say Never just might make you one. Imagine a feature-length Beiber filled universe with Biebs baby videos and 3D performances. While skeptics may feel a look back at Bieber’s short 16 years on earth is laughable, the power of the pop star might sway even the toughest critics."—Brittany Talarico of OK Magazinehttp://www.okmagazine.com/2010/10/watch-justin-bieber-never-say-never-movie-trailer/

Documentary Film
Documentary films are non-fiction features which “document” the truth of people, places or events, rarely follow a classic narrative structure and involve real people rather than actors. Documentaries are typically made on much lower budgets than feature films and, especially during the era of Cinema Verite and Direct Cinema (1950-1970), were a direct reaction against big-budget Hollywood studios. Documentary film has seen a recent surge in popularity, with such films as Fahrenheit 9/11, An Inconvenient Truth, March of the Penguins and Super Size Me earning as much as big-budget features at the box office.
