National Lady Gaga Day

Lady Gaga is the persona of Stefani Germanatta. In late 2008, she debuted her first dance/pop album titled The Fame. The singles "Just Dance" and "Poker Face" became number one hits. The following year she released The Fame Monster and that album spawned the hit single "Bad Romance". Lady Gaga is known for her theatrical stage performances and wild outfits. At the 2009 MTV VMA awards show, Lady Gaga shocked the audience with her performance of "Paparazzi." At the end of the song, she was covered in fake blood.
