Hooping is also gaining steam as a fun way to exercise. The movement that is done while hooping helps tone and strengthen several muscles throughout your body. While the experts do not all agree on the benefits of hooping as an exercise, if you can hoop for 15 to 30 minutes a day the movement will help you burn some calories.http://www.hooping.org/archives/cat_health_and_spirit.html You can be creative with the movements to work the muscles in other parts of the body like your arms, legs, and neck.http://www.hoopnotica.com/
