Woman Taken to Hospital from Tiger Woods Home
Tiger Woods' mother-in-law Barbro Holmberg was taken to the hospital from Woods' Windermere, Florida home on the morning of December 8, 2009. It has been reported that her daughter, Elin Nordegren, followed the ambulance to the hospital in a black Cadillac Escalade similar to the one Woods recently crashed. The Orlando Sentinel reported that Orange County Fire officials confirmed that a rescue call coming from Woods' home was received at 2:36 AM and that, initially, the patient refused to be taken to the hospital. Orlando's WESH TV had reported that the woman taken to the hospital was on advanced life support, but later reports indicate that Holmberg was released just hours after being hospitalized. Other reports say that she is in stable condition with stomach pains and possibly breathing problems. Holmberg, who lives in Sweden, had been visiting her daughter in the wake of Woods' recent car accident and the revelation of his extramarital affairs.http://www.tmz.com/2009/12/08/rescue-call-to-tiger-woods-block-911-elin-nordegren/ http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2009/12/08/woman-rushed-to-hospital-_0_n_383766.html
