Parachutist Hits Band
Hallock was one of two skydivers who were a part of the ceremony at Fort Riley on July 17, 2008. The two men jumped from a single-engine airplane at approximately 6,000 feet. Cas van de Gevel
Cas Van de Gevel is a Dutch mountain climber rescued off of K2 on August 4, 2008, after an ice avalanche killed eleven other climbers. The body of 13-year-old Austin Fuda had not been recovered from the Green River as of November 12, 2008. Search crews continued to search the water in hopes of finding the boy's body.
