In the world of Too Human, Charms are discovered in a special realm referred to as Cyberspace. Cyberspace can be accessed via Cyberspace Wells throughout the game. Once acquired, the Charm will need to be unlocked in order to utilize its special power. To unlock the Charm, follow these steps: Equip the Charm, complete the auto-generated Charm Quest and apply the specified Runes to each slot.
