Dallas Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo and his girlfriend Jessica Simpson took a mini-vacation to Los Cabos, Mexico on January 4, 2008. They were joined by some of Romo's teammates and Jessica’s parents. Romo was able to take the vacation because the Cowboys earned a bye week in the NFL Playoffs, and face the New York Giants in the division round.
