  • NFL Career

Tony Romo signed with the Dallas Cowboys as an undrafted free agent in 2003. He began the 2006 season as a backup to Drew Bledsoe. After Bledsoe struggle in the first three games, Romo took over at halftime on October 23rd. Romo played well and helped the team reach the playoffs. In a playoff game against the Seattle Seahawks, Romo was the holder on what would have been a game winning field. However, Romo bobbled the hold and was tackled trying to run the ball in for a touchdown. The Cowboys went on to lose the game 21-20. Despite the unhappy ending, Romo returned as the starter in 2007 and had another good year. Tony has been to two Pro Bowls 2006 and 2007.
  • The Ladies

Since becoming a star in Dallas, Romo has been seen socializing with several Hollywood starlets. His first major relationship was with country singer Carrie Underwood. After a breakup, Romo began dating Jessica Simpson. Prior to the Cowboys' 2008 playoff game against the New York Giants, Romo and Simpson were spotted vacationing together in Mexico. Many speculated that Simpson was a distraction for Romo, causing him not to play at his best, and the reason for the Cowboys playoff loss.
