Tomb Raider Underworld, originally named Tomb Raider 8, is an action-adventure video game made for several consoles and one handheld. It was developed by Crystal Dynamics, also are responsible for Mad Dash Racing and Pandemonium. This is the eighth installment in the Tomb Raider series.
On August 12, 2008 it was announced that Alison Carroll, a golf club receptionist, will be the new face of the video game franchise, Tomb Raider.DailyNews: Alison Carroll
Story
In southern Mexico, Lara Croft, the heroine of the story, finds a portal between her world and Xibalba, an underworld only open for six days according to the Mayan calendar. Lara enters Xibalba where she searches for an ancient artifact. Her journey also takes her to Rome, Australia, and The Vatican. Lara, also has a different outfit. Gone is her signature blue top and khaki shorts. She now wears a brown halter top and black shorts.
