Making Tomato Soup
- Saute onions and garlic in olive oil or other vegetable oil. Chopped peppers are another optional ingredient.
- Once onion is browning, continue heating with tomatoes and any other desired vegetables.
- As the mixture simmers, add additional spices or sauces. Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco sauce or other hot sauce can added based on desired flavor.
