Tom Gosinski is a former employee of Cindy McCain's charity, the American Voluntary Medical Team (AVMT}. Gosinksi allegedly discovered that Cindy McCain was procuring painkillers using prescriptions written out in his name and when he became angry, Cindy McCain allegedly fired him. Gosinski had stayed quiet, fearful of repercussions from the powerful McCain family until September 2008 when he came forward and began to give interviews.
