Tom Gosinski is a former employee of Cindy McCain's charity, the American Voluntary Medical Team (AVMT}. Gosinksi allegedly discovered that Cindy McCain was procuring painkillers using prescriptions written out in his name and when he became angry, Cindy McCain allegedly fired him. Gosinski's Re-emergence

Gosinski had stayed quiet, fearful of repercussions from the powerful McCain family until September 2008 when he came forward and began to give interviews.
