Tom Everett Scott is an American actor. His career began with a part on the TV series Grace Under Fire in 1995, and shortly thereafter he landed one of his most recognizable roles, drummer Guy Patterson of The Wonders in the Tom Hanks film That Thing You Do.
Some of Scott's other starring roles include Andy McDermott in An American Werewolf in Paris (a follow-up to the 1981 horror classic An American Werewolf in London) and Josh Miller in Dead Man on Campus.
