Tom Dunlap is the former lawyer for the man who claims he has a tape of Joe Biden's daughter Ashley Biden snorting cocaine at a house party in Delaware in February of 2009. Dunlap reportedly dropped the seller of the tape as a client, stating that he did not want to be apart of the sale because of increasing publicity surrounding the story. Ashley Biden Tape
The New York Post reportedly refused to pay $400,000 for a video of Ashley Biden snorting cocaine at a house party in Virginia in February of 2009. The Post stated that the video shows a women in her 20's with light skin and long brown hair snorting lines of white powder with a red straw. The name of the man with the tape has not been disclosed.
