Actor Tom Cruise is set to star in the new thriller film 28th Amendment. He will be cast as the United States President Ben Cahill. The film focuses on a secret organization that tries to control the U.S. government. The organization is run by actor Denzel Washington. He gets rid of anyone who tries to stand in his way. Phillip Noyce will direct the film. It is scheduled to be released in late 2008. The film will be distributed by Warner Bros.
