Tom Colicchio

Tom Colicchio is an American chef who was a judge on seasons 1-4 of Bravo TV's Top Chef. He also co-founded the popular Gramercy Tavern in New York City.Chef's Story: Chef Tom Colicchio

At the "Art. Food. Hope." benefit in Washington, DC, on January 20, 2009, Colicchio performed the Heimlich maneuver on fellow chef and cookbook author Joan Nathan.
