About the Game
Tom Clancy's HAWX takes place around 2016, as the rise of self-governed companies with autonomous military power threatens the economy of sovereign states. These private military companies, or PMCs, maintain their own resources for gathering surveillance, logistics and security. Staffed with private mercenaries, they control mining, oil extraction, airlines and manufacturing. HAWX features an Enhanced Reality System, or E.R.S., the core of the HAWX flight technology, which can plot interception trajectories, detect incoming missiles and more.
